Am a passionate horticultural alumni from Egerton University Kenya. Am humble honest and dependable with nine years in the field of farming (vegetables) from land preparation to marketing. From my work experience for the last nine years in this field, I can confidently say that I have mastered team work and collaboration, how to scout for crop pests and diseases, data entry and analysis for each crop enterprise.
Critical thinking that aids in making proper sound judgements among others. Am also very much informed about cultural awareness and governant policies that guide farmers. Am also well equipped with ms office skills and lastly am always self motivated with proper interpersonal skills.
1.Ability to plan and execute the task as planned
2.cordination of farm activities to run concurrently at minimum cost
3 Result oriented hence adhere to data based farming (farming with proper records)
4.maintenance of general farming activities by ensuring proper Sop's are adhered from land preparation to marketing of farm produce.. Ie strict adherence to how chemicals are sprayed and other diseases/pest control measures.
5.farming in a friendly environment to avoid pollution
6.technical skills in green House management for indoor crops.
