My career goal is to positively impact society through music education. I am a passionate individual who has built skills in several musical instruments, including the piano, guitar, drums and recorder, over the last seven years. Also, I have taught instruments for the last four years in different settings, including private lessons, church environments, and music programs in schools.
Music Teacher December 6th to 17th, 2022 Cathsam School Holiday Program
I taught a total of ten students. Nine of them were between ages 5 to 8 years, signing up for keyboard and drums lessons. One of them was a teenager who signed up for drums lessons. Skills gained are the ability to form a lesson plan and develop lesson reports.
Music Director Awakening Music November 19th 2022, to Present
Arranging music for a music group recording two songs in a studio. The skill gained is the arrangement of music for recording purposes.

I lead the worship and music department. I have taught the keyboard and drums to 1 and 2 individuals from scratch. Additionally, I have contributed significantly to the growth of 3 keyboard players at the beginner level. I have trained a team of 7 vocalists, making them proficient in harmony and inversions. Skills gained are leadership and management.
I provide writing services for the organization. I have achieved proficiency in the area of research. The job has enabled me to become more organized and improved my articulation skills. I have been exposed to a diverse knowledge base which has been mind-opening. Through research and exposure, the experience has enabled me to develop a teaching curriculum for different age groups.

The course mainly focuses on the ABRSM Grade 5 music theory syllabus with additional units such as classical piano, hymnology, choral music arrangement, worship leadership and Bible classes
