I am writing to you regarding customer experience executive opening.I have worked in various media stations as a consultant and also in a call center as a call agent. My one role in the station`s sales sector was to find potential clients who can be partnered with in a tv/radio commercial ads.

I also interacted with customers when working as a call agent, whereby, I used to receive calls from them seeking solutions to problems they faced.
