I am a 23 year old lady with dual Diplomas in Information Technology and Business Administration from Dedan Kimathi University of Technology and Kiriri Women's University of Science and Technology respectively.I am smart,accountable and a quick learner.While doing Business Administration,I served my attachment at PCEA Kikuyu Hospital dental department as a front office assistant and for my IT course I served at Kiriri Women's University as an ICT Assistant Technician.I possess great work ethics,good communication skills and ability to deal with people of different personalities.
Attachment at Kiriri Women's University of Technology as an ICT Assistant Technician in September 2022 to December 2022, where some of the duties I performed were troubleshooting both hardware and software issues, updated computer applications,,connecting computers to a network, networking, Cloning disks, printing documents, digital photography, performing all other duties assigned to me by my superiors among others.In 2020 I served as an assistant at Enai Media Company where some of the duties I performed were, welcoming customers, typing documents, charging customers, checking emails, printing, checking computers and ensuring they are working well, checking internet access,dustying among others.In 2019 January to April I served as a front office assistant at PCEA Kikuyu Hospital dental department,some of the duties I undertook were, welcoming all people, handling feedbacks and enquirers through phonecalls and emails, registering patients on the hospital system, booking appointments,file retrieval, charging patient's,cash and biling patients on insurance, typing standard letters among others.
