Iam a highly-driven and all-rounded professional with a strong background in providing leadership in agribusiness projects, SME Support, and development projects. I have over 15 years of experience formulating, implementing, and operating within the private and public sectors. I am highly collaborative with expertise in the alignment of ESG framework to a business strategy, implementing sustainable development goals, and guiding in operational business strategy.
I have practiced my competency in leadership and governance, providing technical guidance in development program management, budget preparations, business research, start-up development, employee development and welfare, and quality management. In addition, I have been successful in implementing high-community impact projects and implementing food safety standards formulation. I am to work in an environment where I can contribute to add value and support projects that lead to organizational development.
