I am a selfless individual with great interpersonal skills enabling me to have harmonious interactions with both colleagues and the esteemed clients at your organization. I bring a comprehensive set of skills that I believe will be valuable to the organization and this includes good communication skills with efficiency and fluency in both English and Kiswahili.
I am also an excellent team player who is able to adjust and fit in well with any team I’m assigned to. This involves having a harmonious working environment with my colleagues as well as my superiors towards the realization of a common goal towards better service delivery to clients.
For the last 3 years that I have worked in the customer service department, I have gotten a lot of practical knowledge and practice on every aspect of dealing with customers, handling irate customers and fulfilling all the customer’s demands.
I graduated back in 2019 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management (Entrepreneurship Studies) from Moi University, Eldoret.
