I am motivated and detail-oriented, with a top-notch background in the identification of gender-gaps, and mainstreaming of marginalized persons in social, political, and economic development programs. I am also passionate in the empowerment and inclusion of all persons especially the marginalized, as well as creative and persistent in effectively solving the various problems that may arise in these procedures. My commitment to accurately and thoroughly complete various assigned projects has enhanced my success in all stages of project development.
My field of study has also created a great level understanding of the various needs of the marginalized groups, equipped me with gap-identification skills, and enabled the alignment of my career future to my long-term life goals and purpose. I am equipped too with outstanding research skills combined with effective decision-making talents; and eager to learn and apply learned competencies in the practical setting.
I am a dedicated and caring person who has worked with members of various communities, where I fell in love with serving various groups of people especially the marginalized members of society.
The choice of my career and the passion I have for the empowerment, inclusion, and mainstreaming of the marginalized persons in the society will be a big drive for me when given this opportunity. I will ensure that the organization’s project activities are implemented with effectiveness. The members of a society are not homogeneous, thus need different conditions to thrive, as such, having a gender lens will be an effective addition to the team.
I’m well equipped with communication, teaching, sociological, research, gender lens, and team management skills, which will come in handy in my various responsibilities as assigned. I will thus be a dedicated resource to the organization. I am focused, able to work under tight schedules, and willing to learn and work as a team.
