Customer service is a passion that i have developed over the years working in the hospitality industry, its a beautiful feeling when you put a smile on someone face and i enjoy doing it so much. There nothing more satisfying to me like seeing beautiful smiling faces of people of different races, religion and colour.
As written on my cv, having more than 5 years experience in the hospitality industry and working with high end fine dining restaurants in Nairobi recently received the title of 'world best restaurant' for the second time globally. Am glad to be working and being in a team that works so hard to be recognized globally.
Growing up a'v always wanted to be a cabin crew and after finishing my high school diploma i joined Skylink aviation collage to study cabin crew training.
