In my current capacity at StarTimes Media Limited, I am responsible for business opportunity identification and exploitation, overseeing activities and performance of the sales team, developing strategic business plans, collaborative lead generation and client relationship management. Beyond this, as supervisor of the sales team, I also handle their training, capacity building and product knowledge education to ensure consistency in service and sales returns.
Prior to this, I worked at Hotpoint where I handled account management, processing of sales orders, expanded our client base and handled tender pre-qualification and submission for all customers
