Am Caroline Kanana,I work as an administrative assistant at Datacair, specifically I do bookings for the airline both in QMS and cargo sport,I make sure not to exceed maximum dimensions as each airline has specific dims that particular airline can accommodate,I also reply emails to the customer whereby most of them are to provide status of the shipment,if it has departed,in transit or arrived,I make sure I have provided maximum satisfaction to the customer.
1.I have worked as a clearing agent, whereby I could do reservation, Documentation,both airway bills and icms for the customs
