• November 2020 - Current. Freelance work in research, article writing, digital marketing, transcription and virtual assistance.
• April 2020 - October 2020. Accountant involved in payroll, financial forecasting, risk analysis, and filing returns.
• August 2018 - April 2019. Operations support involved in competitor analysis & reporting, training, problem solving, escalating issues to management, and disbursements of funds to customers.
• December 2014 - August 2018. Worked as a customer service agent before being promoted to supervisor in 6 months. Involved in all issues customer related. 
• April 2013 - November 2012. Clerk at a bank in the customer care department.

November 2013. Completed my undergraduate studies at Jomo Kenyatta University in Bachelor of Commerce (finance major) and graduated with first class honors.

November 2008. Completed my high school diploma attaining a B.

December 2020. Completed section one of the CPAs.

October 2022. Completed a course in digital marketing with certification.
