I am a graduate from Technical University of Mombasa with a Diploma in Business Administration. I have worked in one medical facilities as housekeeper, Administrative assistant and customer experience officer, I have also worked at one academy school as a cashier and I also did sales and marketing of company products. With rigorous, goal and customer/ client-oriented skills I have experience in customer service, customer care and handling clients on calls, walk-ins and through emails, I also have experience in promoting and selling organization products or service as well as identifying market opportunities and engaging with customers, I have also experience in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep of a hospital patient rooms.
Being self-driven, with a high level of commitment in any task undertaking, my goal is to learn and grow career wise in a goal and objective oriented firm where I will finesse my skills, gain experience and add value to the organization
