From young age I have been incredibly interested in administration and customer service, inspiring me to become part and parcel in the customer service industry. For this reason, I was existed to learn that your organization is seeking to recruit a programme coordinator, and would very much like to be considered as a strong candidate.
Ideally, this position will allow me the opportunity to utilize my experience gained over the past years in various roles serving the customers. In this capacity I gained extensive experience in administration, customer relations, event planning, office planning & workflow management, sales generation & reporting, problem resolution, I am also well versed in staff training and supervision, audits, polices & procedures development, logistic coordination and budget preparation. Additionally, I possess good data mining skills with working knowledge of Microsoft
Packages and can analyze information by use of dash boards, interpret data and clearly and concisely communicate results.
I hold a Bachelor Degree in Commerce-Management option. I exercise high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistence in my performance, collaborative teamwork and on-time completion of tasks. Moreover, I offer communication, interpersonal, planning and organization abilities.
Much of my experience is transferable, specifically in the areas of customer service support and training. During my twelve years of working experience at my previous employer, I have kept a track record in problem resolution and client response through well-coordinated work flow chart and procedures in problem resolution.
To this end I am now seeking an opportunity where I can expand my experience and use my skills in the best possible way to achieving the company’s goals.
