I have previously worked in the shipping and logistics industry where I was the group customer care executive and was in charge of external communication with our customers and service providers. I have also worked in the hospitality industry as a marketing executive for a restaurant and entertainment group. I believe a happy and satisfied customer holds the key to a company's growth through retention and referrals.

Most relevant education is proficiency in Insurance,from the college of Insurance which covers insurance placement, different classes of insurance, ways of selling,marketing, laws of contracts and treating customers fairly.
