Being an enrolled Pharmaceutical Technologist with 11 years’ work experience both in the hospital set up and pharma marketing field, I have a good medical background that can be useful in sustaining a mature discussion with medical/ healthcare service providers, vetting medical claims to ensure that they meet the project objectives, provide support to customer call centers, give detailed reports and record keeping, have the ability to resolve issues after investigation, have excellent knowledge of key indicators of fraud detection and familiar with income protection, critical illness, accident & health, medical and rehabilitation claims. I have excellent oral and written communication skills which are necessary while serving clients and colleagues at work.
