My name is Charity Bor and I am 27 years old. For the past 7 years, I’ve been working as a Human Resource Assistant at KTDA. I have some background in Human Resource Management, with a degree from Kenya Methodist University. What really got me into the field though is the internship I did at KTDA.
Throughout my career, the roles I have handled include; the opening of new employee’s files, dispatching correspondences to concerned employees/parties, assisting in the preparation of job descriptions and job adverts, preparing recruitment and existing reports, preparing long lists from various job applications received, researching and collecting data for various HR initiatives, conducting interviews, advertising all open job positions and creating new personnel files.
Moving forward, I hope to expand my experience across different industries.
I am Human Resource Assistant having worked at Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA) for 5 years since 2017 to date.
