Issues fertilizer recruitment forms to tea growers at their respective buying centers.
Identifies a tea farmer’s farm invites and other tea growers within that buying center to attend a farm demonstration on tea husbandry and advices accordingly.
Records demonstration activity in the farm visit form.
Fills the verification certificates and recommendation of the tea transfer form.
Participating on field days by encouraging farmers on how to keep their tea well
Assisting farmers to learn how to use plucking machine
