WORK EXPERIENCE

Brinks security-2019 December- 2020 august-I worked with brinks security as a guard and deployed at Safaricom where I was working on customer care and attending guests at the reception wing.

I joined securkenya in September as a normal guard and controller reliever on probation to prove my proficiency in security risk management and later in November of the same year, I was given the role of a controller as I had submitted my papers applying for the controller post. On 2020 December to 2021 February I worked at the Hilton hotel garden inn as a controller under securkenya. My duties were to monitor the premise's surveillance and control the fire panel of the premise. Also, reply to the appointment emails and forward to security manager of the premise to sort out. 2021 march to November worked at the oval house Westland under securkenya to monitor the surveillance of the premise and communicate any risks that can cause security threats to the premise management for actions to be taken. The mode of communication was the use of high-frequency radio calls to follow up on the punctuality and efficient flow of daily duties of guards on the ground and the use of emails and WhatsApp to relay official information to the management. From 2021 December to 2022 august I was promoted to work at the call centre and dispatch centre AURA as a call centre agent as customer support agent under securkenya due to my proficiency in computing and general Microsoft office. My role at aura is to supervise the entire control centre functions and to work in the same field hand in hand with my colleagues to discharge our duties and help the company achieve its major goals. The mode of communication here was to make inbound and outbound calls and email as the companies prioritize the mail and one should have the internet and email skills to work at the office.
