I am a customer service enthusiast who greatly delivers customer satisfaction.
My background is in the hospitality industry where I have seven years of experience ,skills and knowledge.
I started off my career as a waitress at Nyali International Beach Hotel for two years where I learnt the restaurant and hotel scope and all the basics required in every hospitality set up.
I proceeded to Mugg and Bean a South African franchise where I worked for four years as a food and beverage supervisor as well as assisting in handling all human resource duties .Here I learnt about staff management,solved all guest complaints and suggestions,handled staff requests especially during the tough COVID times.
I am currently working in Zayed International airport for Avolta company as a food and beverage shift leader where have worked for the last two years .I have continued to handle guest complaints,feedback and suggestions as well as all staff schedules,time off requests,handling stocks,menu knowledge ,training all new staff in the outlet and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards in the outlet.
I hold a degree in hospitality management from Mount Kenya University-Second class honours upper division.
