Christopher Muriki

I am Christopher Muriki a registered graduate engineer(mechanical) with Engineers Board of Kenya, currently working at Novek ltd company in Nairobi as operations and maintenance engineer.

I have knowledge, skills and experience(4 years) in maintenance planning and execution, inventor designs, powerplants and thermodynamics.

My engineering knowledge, skills, ability and interest to learn makes me confident for all engineering duties and responsibilities assigned to me.

1. ADMATC- Dedan Kimathi University of Technology - Did internal mechanical internship for 3 months (Horizontal and vertical milling machines operation and maintenance, Lathe machine operation and maintenance and welding)
2. Karirana Estates limited - Did a mechanical engineering internship for 3 months (CTC maintenance, roller chasing, boiler maintenance, Conveyor repairs and maintenance)
3. Safariwatch company - Did a 5 months mechanical engineering internship (Precision measurements and machining, making speed governor side covers, tools machining, design and fabrication of punching machine)
4. Mackenzie maritime EA ltd - Worked as a Workshop Admin clerk in charge of maintenance for 2 and half years (Routine and preventive maintenance planning and execution, maintenance materials control, safety gears control and authorization, creation of work orders for all repairs and maintenance using IFS system)
5. Novek ltd company - Currently am working as operations and maintenance engineer at Novek ltd company (Planning and execution of maintenance for Liquid and powder dispensers, assembly of new machines)

Acquired Bachelor of science in mechanical engineering degree at Dedan Kimathi University of Technology.
