I’m qualified telecommunication engineer with over 4 years’ experience. With plenty experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunications systems for broadband, cable, and cellular transmissions and microwave transmission. Top levels of manual dexterity and technical knowledge result in a track record of excellent work completed within time and budgetary constraints. Detail-oriented troubleshooter who takes pride in coming up with optimally effective solutions that account for all aspects and ramifications. Im tasked with smooth operations and maintenance of BSC and BTS (GSM), Nodes (3G), 4G and the interconnecting transmission media for sites assigned to me in the region. This pertains:

• Handle Customer complaints concerning Network Quality Collect all the information necessary for the planning stage of any given assignment. 
• Involved in installation and acceptance of new equipment installed on a site with the relevant contractor (Including microwave, fiber, V-sat and BTS equipment)

  Oversee all the operations of the company and act as a service representative for the company. 

• Technical reporting to the management in case of any technical problems on a site that is beyond my ability to solve. Act as a liaison between the management and client and make sure everyone is aware of the job progress and any issues that might arise during implementation of the project 
• Involved in integration of new sites and take over from projects to operations.
• Handle spares management for all the sites assigned to me.
