2010 - 2011 successfully attained supervisory skills in food and beverages service. Then 3 months internship; worked as a waitress 1 week, after which was promoted to Head waitress; in plan hotel lodge.
2008- 2009 worked as a waitress, then promoted to Food and Beverages supervisor.
2007 - 3days Hired to Mega outside catering hosted by Serena Hotel; in Mombasa.
2010 - Participated on hosting All African schools of Hotel and Tourism industry; hosted by Utalii Hotel.
2007 Had internship 3months Nairobi safari club hotel; worked as a waitress, bar tender, hostess, and food and beverage cashier.
2012 to 2013; worked as Reception about 3months then served as Food and Beverage cashier for the rest of the time.
College education: Both at basic and advanced level.This prepared me as; at basic level I learnt different styles of service like silver service, Buffet service, ala carte service, to understand different types of guests and how to handle them, learnt how to use micros computer that is POS knowledge. On advanced level of education in the same field; prepared me for managerial skills. In this case, I learn to oversee the work of others, did planning, coordinating, organizing, monitoring, allocating duties to others and evaluated the same, trained on code of conduct, briefed on important matter on work, prepared me for human relation on listening to guests, these are just but a few to mention.
