Cliff is a finance professional with over 15 years’ experience in the commercial ,investment banking and SME sectors having worked for four commercial banks and the World Bank group. Who uses innovative financing mechanism for sustantainable projects while maximizing finance for development using blended finance mechanisms. Currently working on the maximizing finance for development where he is key to the unlocking of commercial finance for the water sector, and by leveraging private funds with public funds.

Currently he is coordinating the commercial financing program for utilities with commercial banks and has helped raise USD 25 million from commercial banks using innovative financing method. He has experience working with urban and rural utilities with regards to commercial finance and a good network of donors and the Capital Markets within the region.
