About
AI-native software engineer and product builder focused on designing and shipping production systems across AI, Saas, Mobile, logistics, and consumer applications. I work across the full product lifecycle — from problem definition and technical specification through architecture, AI-assisted implementation, integrations, testing, deployment, and iteration. I use Claude Code, Codex and other AI coding agents as part of the engineering workflow, while owning the architecture, validation and production quality of what ships.
I have deep experience in Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, model evaluation and routing, RAG, MCP/API integrations, payment infrastructure, event-driven systems, and AI-enabled engineering workflows. Built and shipped production web and mobile products including Swyft, Taleel Pay, Daha, TWA Financial Wellbeing (Malaysia), Monty, and multiple internal platforms and tools.

- Designed logistics workflows covering transport, moving, drivers, vehicle classes, business deliveries and payment collection
- Integrated authentication, role-based access, transaction tracking, operational tooling and observability across the platform
- Led a security and reliability review across a six-repository rebuild using Sentry and production-oriented engineering controls
- Used Claude Code and Codex extensively to accelerate implementation while personally reviewing architecture, generated code, edge cases and production behaviour
- Translate ambiguous product problems into technical specifications, system designs and production implementations
- Build reusable API integrations and connectors rather than one-off integrations
- Work across web, mobile, backend and infrastructure when required to ship the complete product
- Use production data, operational feedback and technical constraints to iterate on product decisions

- Built the retrieval architecture using Nano Banana, FashionCLIP and pgvector
- Owned platform architecture, technical roadmap and model selection
- Evaluated AI approaches based on quality, latency, cost and implementation complexity
- Worked across product, AI infrastructure and application engineering to move the platform from concept toward production
