As a Technician Support at Nairobi City County, Kenya Data center, I was responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and administering LANs, WANs, mainframe networks, computer workstations repair and peripheral equipment. I have experience in operating master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks,

and coordinating access and use of computer networks. Additionally, I provided problem-

solving services to network users, implemented data, software and hardware security procedures, performed routine network start-up and close-down, and maintained control records.

I am proficient in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and upgrading web-server hardware and software, setting up local area networks and connections to the internet, implementing network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimizing server performance. I have also performed web-server backup and recovery operations and have experience in supervising one to eight people.
