Experience

Product Designer - DigitalQatalyst Dubai - Remote

Selected Project Contributions

  • Designed the end-to-end learner experience for DTMA, a DQ upskilling platform built to equip Digital Leaders, Architects, and Digital Workers with skills to stay competitive in an AI-driven workplace.
  • Delivered the landing page, course catalogue/marketplace, and learner dashboard, prioritising usability, accessibility, and learner engagement across each touchpoint.
  • Applied the 4 UX lenses (usable, useful, equitable, enjoyable) as a design framework to ensure the platform served a diverse, cross-functional learner base effectively.
  • Part of the core team modernising a legacy regulatory system into a user-centric supervision technology platform for one of the UAE's leading financial regulators.
  • Specialised in redesigning complex, multi-step compliance forms, restructuring information architecture and interaction patterns to reduce form completion errors and cognitive load for regulated firms.
  • Integrated a payment feature within the system dashboard, enabling real-time tracking, control, and settlement of compliance penalties, streamlining a previously manual and fragmented process.
  • Co-led end-to-end UX design of a centralised enterprise platform enabling SMEs and businesses to access both financial and non-financial services from multiple service providers and government agencies in one place.
  • Designed and implemented a multi-marketplace architecture, a concept that enabled simultaneous access to multiple service providers across different service categories, significantly reducing the fragmentation SMEs experienced navigating separate government and commercial portals.
  • Mapped complex multi-stakeholder journeys across SME users, service providers, and government entities to ensure each persona had a clear, frictionless path through the platform.
  • Contributed to the full redesign of the DigitalQatalyst corporate website, improving information architecture, visual identity, and overall experience for prospective clients and partners.
  • Supported the creation and ongoing maintenance of a shared component library adopted across 5 DQ products: DTMP, TMaaS, DTMA, DTO4T, and Plant 4.0
  • Standardised interaction patterns, typography, colour tokens, and component states, reducing design inconsistency across product lines and cutting handoff effort for engineering teams.

UI/UX Designer - Freelance

(2022-04 - 2024-05)

  • Designed and delivered responsive interfaces across web and mobile breakpoints, ensuring consistent and accessible experiences for a diverse user base.
  • Translated business and operational requirements into structured user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity Figma prototypes, accelerating stakeholder sign-off and reducing ambiguity for developers.
  • Redesigned legacy navigation and information architecture, improving visual hierarchy and reducing the number of steps required to complete key user tasks.
  • Facilitated iterative feedback sessions with stakeholders and end users, incorporating research insights to continuously refine and improve design solutions.
