• Applied the 4 UX lenses (usable, useful, equitable, enjoyable) as a design framework to ensure the platform served a diverse, cross-functional learner base effectively.
• Part of the core team modernising a legacy regulatory system into a user-centric supervision technology platform for one of the UAE's leading financial regulators.
