I am a seasoned Administrative Assistant with a wealth of experience on customer service and relations. I strongly believe in the levels of my competency and integrity in relation to my academic portfolio as far as office Management is concerned.
I have 6 years of experience in Front Office Management and Personal Assistant. I started my career at Coast Water Service Board and later joined ECLOF Kenya Microfinance in Mombasa from 2016 to date as receptionist but currently working in ECLOF Nairobi office. Due to my outstanding performance, I was promoted from Customer Service/Personal Assistant position to Growth Relations Officer position Nairobi.
I have gained vast experience in both Front Office Management, Personal Assistant to Regional Manager and interaction with the community at large.
I hold a Diploma in Business Management with exceptional customer service skills, excellent computer skills and organizational skills.
