Duties and responsibilities

• Acting as a firstpoint of contactfor callers, dealingwith emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages, or highlighting them for their manager’s attention
• Managing diariesand organizing meetingsand appointments, often controlling accessto the manager/executive
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasksand deadlines
• Typing, compiling, and preparing reports,presentations, and correspondence
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Ensuring the officeruns smoothly
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
• Perform receptionist duties when needed
