I'm a graduate of interior design. I have a diploma in secretarial skills and a certificate from alx Africa in virtual assistance.
I have experience in customer service for six months and then I worked for 7 months for Aspira Kenya. I have also volunteered for one year in ssamburu. This was under the ministry of education as a teaching volunteer.
I recently completed a course of virtual assistant at alx Africa. It entailed learning about communication, google suite, soft skills, research, travel booking and project management.
