I have experience in both customer care and tourism services. i gained this experience from my three months attachment at Kisumu Impala Sanctuary last year.
I did a Certificate course in Tour Guiding Operations which includes units like Information Communication Technology (ICT), Customer Care as well as Tourism itself.
