I am a self-motivated individual and hardworking legal & risk professional with a proven track record in a broad range of commercial matters and in particular contract negotiation, compliance management, risk management, managing of internal & external stakeholders, policy development and implementation, labour and employee relations and intellectual property.

I oversee the legal and compliance aspects of the company's operations, contracts, and partnerships. I also provide strategic advice and guidance on risk management, data protection, and dispute resolution. I have successfully negotiated and drafted multiple contracts with key stakeholders, ensured compliance with policies, laws, and regulations, and facilitated mediation processes to resolve conflicts.

I have a strong passion for promoting alternative dispute resolution, data privacy, and access to justice.

I am a collaborative, proactive, and result-oriented professional, with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. I am always eager to learn new things, take on new challenges, and contribute to positive social impact.

I am a certified professional mediator, a commissioner for oaths, and an advocate of the High Court of Kenya. I have completed multiple courses and certifications in these areas, including Data Privacy Fundamentals from Northeastern University and CIPIT'S Data Protection Course from Strathmore University. I hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and a postgraduate diploma in law from Kenya School of Law.
