I am passionate about development work where real time results are obtained and used to inform and improve performance.

Over the last 12 years, I have supported both local and International NGOs to build sustainable M&E systems and derive learnings from project reports and evaluate ensuring they are used to make decisions for improving performance. I have qualifications in data analysis both qualitative and quantities with specials skills in Collaborating, Learning and Adaptive Approaches

I have Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, Social Studies and Gender Development. I also have a certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from Kenya Institute of Management.
