. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management from the South Eastern Kenya University and a Diploma in Solar ,Electrical Engineering.In addition, I hold professional certifications in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), I am a licensed electrical and solarphotovoltaic technician by Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Board (EPRA), NOX, SO2, CO,Dust Emission certification a licensed Health and safety trainer. I am in process being a licensed Environmental Impact Assessment & Environmental Audit (EIA&EA) NEMA Kenya, registered Professional Environmentalist Institute of Kenya (EIK) and a Corporate Member of the Environmental youth Alliance of Kenya (EYAK).
I have worked in various capacities in both the Energy, manufacturing, construction and environmental sector ranging from an Environmental compliance and enforcement officer -(NEMA) NationalEnvironmental Management Authority, Health and Safety coordinator for the MalindiSolar Project, currentlyEnvironment & EnergyOptimization officer with Bamburi Cement,Mombasa during which I also doubled up as the Environmental, Health and Safetycoordinator for Daton Engineering servicesduring the conversion of Bamburi cements‘ ESP(Electrostatic plate)filter to a bag filter.
During my industrial experience, I have handled health and safety been of some of the mega projects including and not limitedto Nairobiexpress way, Ndongo kundu bridgeand highway , Mbaraki Terminal, Standard gauge railway, commissioned some of the biggest solar projects recording less or zero accidents including 52Mw Malindi solar,50Mw Garissa, 40Mwp Kisumu(in progress). I have done NOx, SO2, Dust Emission testing in the cement industryinvolving process and production tasks.I have in conjunction with my managerprovided environmental impact assessment for my proposed environmental projects and once approved handled,supervised and participated in design, Installation and construction of projects rangingfrom Roads, Oil interceptors, scrap yards, safety protection Oil storagesensors system, filters, fans, drainage lines, office blocks, quarry site rehabilitation and 19.5 MW Bamburi cement solar project(in progress) . In addition, I am the assistant stakeholder relations officerand sit in committee for my organizationthus laisse with both government and private partnerson behalf of my Employer.
I have also been entrusted with supervision of all sub-contracted projects facilitating communication between contractors and management. In addition to my technical role, I do stakeholder management and participated in curriculumdevelopment for Waste, Energy and water Management within the Ministry of Environment and Forestry Nairobi,Kenya.

● Replacement of an ESP filter to a Bag filter that records zero emissions.

● Marked 1 million safe manhours in the high-risk project.
