Worked on attachment for five months as a Meteorologist Technician.
Duties involved: Recording hourly variations in the state of the atmosphere, setting up weather instruments such as thermometers and evaporating pans, coding information into METARS and TAFS and relaying it to the control tower at wilson airport on an hourly basis, writing down SYNOP Codes and sending them to the national meteorological station.
