I am a male Kenyan citizen; A diploma holder in information technology from Zetech University and a holder of a certified BCE driving license from AA –Driving school Kahawa – Nairobi. And certificate of good conduct, I have a 7 years’ experience in driving with more than 4 years supporting USAID donor funded programs in both Nakuru and Kajiado under FHI-360 (Afya Nyota Ya Bonde) Program and currently working with Deloitte USAID Tujenge Jamii program based in Naivasha Nakuru county. My work experience is wide having supported programs teams working within HIV care and treatment and RMNCH in Kajiado counties, I am currently at USAID Tujenge Jamii where amongst my duties include and limited to Drive project staff /visitors to meetings and appointments with due caution and courtesy as assigned by the supervisor.
Maintain project vehicles in good condition and advise the Administrative Assistant when the project vehicle licenses are due for renewal, appropriate inspections and registrations for vehicles. Run office errands such as message/equipment deliveries, visa applications, picking-up and collecting mail from post office and other errands as assigned by the supervisor. Ensure passenger safety while in the vehicles and reporting any accidents to insurance Assist with office tasks, such as photocopying, binding and pick up of supplies as well as Providing support during workshops and events including registration of participants.
