I am a self-driven and disciplined student with great enthusiasm for health and medical research, seeking solutions to modern-day health problems. My passion for research was elicited following my involvement in several research projects on human health as a student attaché at the Kenya Medical Research Institute. I have also been involved in clinical work as a work-study student at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology Hospital in Juja.
I was also a work-study student in the Medical Microbiology Laboratory at Jomo Kenyatta University. I undertook an undergraduate research project on chronic wounds at Mbagathi County Hospital and lab work at the Kenya Medical Research Institute. I am currently working as a volunteer at the National Public Health Laboratory.
