I am chemist who is a production supervisor, i play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the production process. I use my knowledge of chemistry to oversee the manufacturing of chemical products, from raw materials to finished goods, and to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards.

Duties.

1. Planning and supervising daily production to meet weekly and monthly targets. 
2. Overseeing machine startups and shutdowns, troubleshooting and problem solving. 
3. Incharge of interns and machine operator training program
4. Preparing and presenting daily and weekly production reports.
5. Shift management and man management for maximum manpower utilisation and adherence to daily work schedules. 
6. Keeping track of raw materials consumption and maintaining production cost within specified margins 
7. Ensuring interdepartmental coordination in problems solving and efficiency improvement.
