Dennis Mailu

I am looking forward to working in a dynamic and challenging environment that will enable me to utilize my strengths in interpersonal skills, excel and contribute towards the organization’s growth and development. As an employee of your organization, I will be punctual and most importantly ensure that I maintain a positive attitude with clients and fellow employees so as to achieve the set objectives of the organization. I have experience in active leadership, I am able to build a team and build relationships between the team members.

I can identify a need in a team and help provide solutions on how to meet the need. I am able to plan, analyze, and coordinate various events and activities according to the year’s calendar. I do exercise honesty and integrity in the execution of my duties.

My previous engagements include working as a Civil and Structural Engineer with KOOR Consultants, a Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy Firm. I also worked as a Civil and Structural Engineer with Tesla Design Build, a Civil Engineering Consultancy and Construction Company. I also worked as a part time trainer at CADD Academy in Eldoret training Computer Aided Design software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, AutoCAD Civil 3D and Autodesk Revit.

I also worked with CMC Ravenna (Kenya Branch) an International Construction Company founded in Ravenna, Italy as an Assistant Site Engineer for theItare Dam Water Supply Project. I also worked as an Assistant Engineer (Intern) at CAS Consultants roads department at the Interchanges along A104 Nyahururu Turnoff, Njoro Turnoff and, Mau Summit a project funded by The World Bank.I also worked part time on a project where we were constructing a seven storey hotel with basement parking in Nakuru.

I have completed a Master’s degree programme MSc. Water Engineering at Moi University. I hold a B.Sc. Civil and Structural Engineering degree from the University of Nairobi.
