I have worked in the Banking industry as a Customer Adviser / Relationship officer at Barclays Bank(Absa Kenya) nanyuki branch, and Customer Service at the call centre for Huduma Kenya at Techno Brain Ltd and as a Senior Support Agent at Betway Kenya handling 3 countries Kenya, Uganda and Ghana. Project coordinator/Team leader with Action Marketing Ltd. Currently am Senior Associate Technical support at Greenlightplanet Kenya.
Studied Computer science majoring in hardware and networking, recently did a small course in process management (Delivery) internally at our organization.
