I have extensive experience training staff in bar methods and procedures and am comfortable leading by example and coaching staff on service excellence whenever needed.
Productivity In my last two positions I have maximized bar productivity by recommending and implementing work methods and systems. I have also performed regular training sessions to ensure staff are up to date on new drinks and promotions.
As a Bartender I consistently practice economy to minimize incorrect usage of any resources giving special attention to achieving low labour costs and minimizing variable expenses while still delivering a superior product.
