I have 4 plus years of professional experience in Leadership and Management with overall 6 years working in one of the pioneers, biggest, and fast-rising Artificial Intelligence (AI) companies in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Currently, as Samasource’s Team Lead L2, I handle a team of 20-30 agents. Spearheaded successfully pilot projects and overseen the completion of some, achieving both client and employee satisfaction. I have extensive experience in Quality assurance and training, being very keen on details and able to relay effectively product knowledge to the relevant stakeholders.
