I am an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. As a mechanical engineering graduate with some number of years of experience both in school and outside school in field of mechanical, through out my hard work and determination, I am excellent in working with others to achieve a certain objective on time and excellence.

• Ensured that safety standards and regulations are observed, addressed and discussed during manufacturing.
• Carried welding and fabrication of metals, tanks, brackets, frames support and juicy containers for other industries.
• Carried out machine operation to achieve desired product by cutting threads, cutting keyway, shafts, cutting gears and many projects that company was under taking.
• Ensured practice of what my seniors have been doing in mechanical workshop so that I became perfect on it like cutting keysways, keys, gears using milling machine to achieve accuracy.
• Ensured that preventive and correct maintenance are carried out on machines before turning it on or using it as it can cause accidents.
• Ensured installation of pumps, motors, compressors and gearboxes when a company is carrying out any projects a sign to them.
• Ensured that mechanical drawings and AutoCad plans are read correctly before machining and the product being manufactured met the measurement required using vanier callipers, dial or digital type of callipers before presenting it the place it must be used.
• Carried out HVAC installation and maintenance whenever a company is given the project to do on buildings or industries.

Mechanical trainee - Sigalagala National Polytechnic

• Carried out machine operation where I operated lathe machines in the workshop to cut shafts that were used in studying.
• Ensured safety is observed in the workshop through out by wearing PPE and undertake the project that you have been instructed by technician without fail.
• Ensured that what I have learned in the classroom are undertaken in the workshop during my free time and learn use of various machines like press machine, boring machine, gear cutting machine and many other activities.
• Carried out cutting of gears using milling machine and also learn on how to use measurement instruments to produce a correct product.
• Carried out project like fabrication of centrifugal pump, vice and G clamp through welding and fabrication, cutting using hacksaw and cutting threads using lathe machine.
• Ensured that all the industrial attachment have undertaken when I visited mumias sugar company and learn how fitting, operate various machines and how maintenance of mechanical equipment are carried out in FMCG industrial set up.
• Ensured that I have mastered AutoCad by attendance of all computer lap lessons and undertaking projects that where to be drafted in the school.
• Carried out welding using arc, mig gas cutting and preformed various practical like tig welding.
