I’ve worked as a steward when I joined Nairobi Java House. After sixty days I was promoted to a waiter position and after six months I became a senior waiter.
After one year, I became a barista since I wanted to learn all the touch points of customer service. After I acquired the required skills I was promoted to a branch supervisor.
In three months I resigned to join a local NGO (Stawisha Jamii) as a manager under their cafe where I became responsible for staffing and project management.
After two months I relocated to The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, joined Toqa Coffee as a senior Barista and reopened and new branch Basta By Toqa and led as Bar and Floor superviso.
