• SUPERVISE WORKERS - Direct steelfixers and steel works, Allocate daily tasks and monitor production
• INTERPRET STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS - Read and explain structural drawings details, dimensions and specifications to workers, Ensure work follows the approved drawing

• INSPECT REINFORCEMENT - Check for proper dimensions for, stability, alignment and support, Verify reinforcement size, spacing, laps, anchorage and cover before concrete placement
• MAINTAIN SITE RECORDS - Daily activities, labour and material usage progress and site issues, Report completed activities and defects to the relevant authority
• MONITOR PROGRESS - Ensure steelwork stays on schedule, Identify delays and help resolve site problems
• SAFETY SUPERVISION - Ensure PPEs are appropriately worn, Identify and report unsafe condiand practices on site
