Managing supply relations, as well as maintaining high ethical relations both internal and external.
Responsible for packaging, labeling, returning of supplies, managing all stock movement and report any discrepancies that arise.
Managing the inventory of all products and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
Keeping accurate record of all inwards and outwards inventory movements.
Tracking documents and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
Taking delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile all incoming orders.
Ensuring accuracy of the facilities in orderly system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments and returns.
Assisting customers with finding suitable products and services.

Dealing with customer feedbacks, concerns and complaints.
Ensuring the store is in clean and tidy state at all times.
