Beyond my academic background in Information Technology, I have practical experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, working with Linux systems, configuring servers, supporting end users, and maintaining system documentation. I am especially interested in areas such as server hardening, virtualization, cloud infrastructure management, and backup/recovery planning. I approach technical problems analytically, focusing on root cause identification rather than temporary fixes.

Additionally, I am highly adaptable, willing to learn quickly, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
