• Assessment of any project variations that occur within the scope of a particular project and ensuring that the same have been approved by the necessary persons before implementation and raising claims.
• Monitoring & ensuring all site activities are being complied with applicable standards & project specifications. 
• Coordinating and conducting weekly and monthly site meetings.
• Procurement and strategic sourcing of materials, machinery and labor as approved by the responsible persons.
