As a devoted Tourism Management graduate of Zetech University, I have acquired strong skills and knowledge in the tourism industry which are vital in the realization of your organization goals. I am seeking an entry level position with an organization that will allow me to utilize my customer care skills, organization abilities, technical and soft skills to improve operations, increase profitability and boost growth.
I have worked in different organizations such as Oxford University Press, Zetech University, Tembea Discovery Tour Firm, Stedmak Hotels and Animal Park and the Kenya Wildlife Service. During this period, I was exposed to product knowledge, marketing skills and customer care skills. I was able to answer customer’s queries, give relevant information to clients and market the organizations products and services.
These positions enhanced my communication skills, my dedication in team work and ability to work under minimal supervision. These are skills that would be essential for any job opportunity.
