Warehouse clerk at SBC KENYA LTD (Pepsi co.)- Ruaraka.

Involved in the following,

1. Performing daily stock stacking reconciliation of all the products in the warehouse.
2. Ensuring inventories are accurately balanced and presented. 
3. Ensuring company trucks are allocated accordingly and goods loaded are issued accordingly.
4. Supervision of the loading of all the invoiced orders including GT orders key accounts orders and direct sales market.
5. Overseeing order placement and ensuring inventory transfers are done accordingly.
6. Ensuring accurate receiving and posting of receipts, as well as preparing daily reconciliation reports on the same.
7. Liaising with the person in charge of marketing materials to facilitate timely loading if approved.
8. Receiving and inspecting imports.
9. Ensuring accurate documentation and ensuring they are filed accordingly.
10. Preparing and presenting daily productivity reports
11. Reporting low stock levels for timely replenishment.

Mount Kenya University – Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management
